Mary Khetani to Serve as Paid Consultant for Preschool Engagement Project International (PEPI)

Funded in part by the Swedish Research Council (2014-2017), this project brings together researchers in Sweden, Portugal, South Africa, Australia, and the USA to longitudinally investigate how the engagement of preschoolers in need of special support is affected by their preschool environment. The Young Children's Participation and Environment Measure (YC-PEM) has been selected for use in this project. Mary and members of the CPERL team will consult on the translation and cultural adaptation of the YC-PEM and travel annually to Sweden for investigator meetings to support project management and grow scientific collaboration.
