CPERL Welcomes Shivani
We welcome Shivani Saluja to the CPERL team! Shivani is a rising third-year Public Health student and part of the UIC Honors College program. She is pursuing a pre-medical track, with interest in family-centered care, which beautifully aligns with CPERL's mission. This Summer, Shivani will be involved in ongoing mixed-methods research that is relevant to Vera's NIDILRR funded project, focusing on the role of caregiver strategies to support community participation among children and youth with and without craniofacial differences. Shivani is being trained to support participant recruitment, data collection and analysis.
Shivani is off to a strong start, diving right in and making it feel like she has been with us for a long time!
